What guarantees do I have?

30 Days Returns Warranty

If you are not satisfied with the items you receive, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you within 30 days of receiving your items.We do not accept returns on intimates, swimwear, lingerie and beauty items, or discounted items.

Price Guarantee Program

If you purchased a product at ZAFUL, and after your purchase,that same product ends up discounted to a lower price at ZAFUL, you can claim a refund of the price difference within 7 days after your initial purchase.

1. All products on ZAFUL are applicable while only orders placed at ZAFUL applies.

2. Price gurantee period: 7 days (You can only claim price difference within 7 days after your purchase)

3.You can only claim your price difference on ZAFUL APP .

4.Calculation of price difference: Price at the time of purchase - Current sellling price.
(Refunded amount would not exceed discounted price of your purchase.)

5.You could submit claim in the Price Guarantee period, but price difference can only be refunded after your order is dispatched.Orders with any kinds of refunds are not applicable to Price Guarantee.

6.Price difference will be refunded to your ZAFUL e-wallet. For installments, we would send the refund to your original payment account.

7.Prices are converted according to the exchange rate at the time of purchase.Please note that there might be slight difference in your refundable amount due to currency exchange rate.

8.Orders that are Cash-On-Delivery are not applicable to Price Guarantee.
